I did not even realize that there was such a thing is socks with gel made into them but there is and it is brilliant! My feet do not ache at the end of the day and I have to recommend these to everyone! I especially like how easy the class is at how easily adjustable they are. They have a great feel when wearing them and they also com with a swimming cap and plugs! Super super nice!  A must try!
